1. Scope

Product descriptions on the website do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as invitations to place an order.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when:

  • The customer completes the checkout process, and

  • Payment has been successfully processed.

The confirmation email serves as proof of the concluded contract.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers integrated through Wix (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments).

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase applies.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (such as downloadable PDF files) are delivered electronically.

No physical goods will be shipped.

Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees that:

  • execution of the contract begins immediately after payment, and

  • the statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access to the digital content has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

All sales of digital products are final.

All content, materials, texts, graphics, calculations, systems, and documents provided within the digital product are protected by copyright.

The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading to third-party platforms

Any violation may result in legal action.

No guarantee is made regarding specific financial results, bookings, income, or business success.

Individual results depend on multiple external factors beyond the seller’s control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The seller is liable without limitation in cases of:

  • Intentional misconduct

  • Gross negligence

  • Injury to life, body, or health

In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

The seller assumes no liability for technical issues outside its control (e.g., internet disruptions, third-party platform failures).

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, shall be Greece.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
